Rules about teams

1.) No spam attack groups (ex. Everyone gathering in one spot and saying "Harry Potter" at the same time)
2.) No armies, it'll ban your penguin, and you will get an infraction, we don't want the crips and bloods of Club Penguin
3.) Don't grow rivalries with other groups, again, we don't want the crips and bloods of Club Penguin
